A sleep habit refresher:
1. Begin bedtime routine by 8:45pm every day (including weekends), barring exceptional circumstances (namely the nights Ari and I come home from work late). NO LAPTOPS IN BED after 8:45. Phone is okay, but WITHIN REASON. 2. No hitting snooze, period. 3. No reading/Anki/phone in bed right after waking up: must "jump out of bed" at or before alarm.
