No vaping whatsoever. Not even when going out.
Vaping seriously detracts from my goals. It makes my skin look worse, makes me look overall worse by affecting my sleep, makes my hair thin, and makes me suck at BJJ. Enough is enough. Need to bite the bullet and quit cold turkey.
