My dinner window closes after my main meal. If I have a planned desert that is the end of the meal.
I have a herbal tea or spiced broth to finish and signal it is finished. My next meal and/or food is in the morning.

Terrible day! After late night new years really lost the plot, didn't rest as should, ate things that set off addictive eating and kept going right through to bed. Paying price now as feel ghastly again. Nicely motivating to stick to better plan today! Crikey. |

Bit harder yesterday with Christmas events. Chocolate and desert in evening while out, which is fine, but overall prefer to keep it clean right now. Will look at how this works at next event. Still find events make me nervous and when nervous I nibble more than I usually would. Tonight's focus - hold until last to serve, one plate and that's it. Keep extra lettuce in bag just in case so that not fretting. Very good on the lots of lettuce yesterday but Chinese food gives me munchies for sure! |

| On the road and vibing on genuinely feeling my goals in the bone this time :-) Not sure when and how it changed, but I'm currently feeling utterly in tune with what I really want versus the inner arguments about fleeting desires that leave me with regret. Pretty keen to make this hold over Christmas, so happy I've created the StickK. | |
