Hi Emily, I hope you are able to finish strong this week. Congrats on your progress! I will not be using Stickk for a couple of months as part of a general spiritual reset/mental detox (EXODUS 90 is the name of the program, in case your husband is interested). | Thanks Ryan! I’ve struggled with my other goal, but at least I’ve lost some weight. It’s been slow going, and I fluctuate, but I’m 4 pounds down, so I’m happy with that! | |
