Gulp.... well I knew it was going to be a challenge to end phase one of my plan on a holiday week... but I have lost weight. I think my plans will be unchanged to weigh 180 by April 3rd as I'll be getting back to healthier patterns right away. I had been letting myself have small amounts of sugar postpartum but that has turned back into bingeing so yet another reminder that moderation doesn't work for me. I'll be cutting it back out completely now that we don't have any in the house at the moment. I also think I have to go back on the Eczema Diet now for P... she is so much better than where H was at her age, but she has some scaly bits that I'd like to heal before she starts solids/during the transition. So I think I'll do that for the next 8 weeks and it should help me lose some... it did before. Another thing I need to be vigilant about is daily weighing. I thought it would make me obsessive but it didn't... only accountable to myself. My trends were always consistently downward but the two weeks I did not weigh myself except this check-in were the same exact ones I backslid. I think the thinking was "well it won't affect my weight THAT much..." and since I wasn't seeing it happen... there we go. |

Proud of largely getting back on track. My mom was here and there was a lot of relationship stress and it would have been so easy to ignore. Hoping I may still be able to make my goal by New Years. |
