| I made it to 6 Big Book meetings and read Habit #3 of Stephen Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People as well as watched Alyssa Coleman's webinar on productivity, but no I didn't meet my goal and get all of my work to-dos done. | |

| I showed up to three CoDA meetings, which while isn't a part of my work to-dos commitment, is a commitment I am proud of. I didn't meet my goal. It was a combination of procrastination mixed with severe brain fog and mental health from health issues I'm going through. That said, I figured out a workout routine that combats the brain fog the most so that I'm more productive during the day. I think this will help me stay on track and meeting my work to-dos commitment this week. | |
