| I used the breather but I did it. I'm going to keep this up. It's more manageable. Come to think of it, apnea breathing should be easier though. Maybe I'll try both. | |

| I didn't again. I have to find a way to do breath work outside of the sauna. It's pretty taxing to sauna and do breath work at the same time. | |
