I commit to adding my new habit 3 times a week.

Goal Description:
Creating space for more activity to help increase energy levels, improve general health, both physical & mental. My selected activities will be either 5km Run, 6km Ruck or HIIT gym session. Any of these activities will count towards my โ€œbeing active 3x per week.

Feeling pretty good - itโ€™s a healthy balance I think , not putting pressure on having to workout everyday etc. great for me mentally tooโ€ฆ. Was pretty lucky with the weather ๐Ÿค—
