I commit to adding my new habit 3 times a week.
Goal Description:
Creating space for more activity to help increase energy levels, improve general health, both physical & mental. My selected activities will be either 5km Run, 6km Ruck or HIIT gym session. Any of these activities will count towards my “being active 3x per week.
