| Still doing good. In Alaska on vacation this week, and haven’t gained. I have been eating less and delicious food here. Cheers to the holidays! | |

| At a plateau again and that’s okay. Haven’t been eating the best and only walking sometimes but working at bobs sundays helps. Thanksgiving next week! Going out of town will likely skip. I do feel I’m eating less. Staying strong! | |
