Options for what to do instead: Meditate Journal- Why this? Why this urge? Look deeply at it. Write Do: Turn on instead of turning off. This is 2-3 days of spiritual devotion on a healing journey. Also: F-that anti-charity. They aren't getting my money, and no much dumb stuff gets my soul. This is soul reclaiming work, and that starts with being deeply present. |
