(front of thigh, calf, hamstring) -EXERCISE 2-3x/WEEK (Consider MS Fitness Foot Drop Series + short full body session, + finishers if glutes, hip-flexors/quads, or core are not featured in the short full-body session) -JOURNAL 2-3x/WEEK -MEDITATE 2-3x/WEEK (loving kindness (Jack Kornfield), middle pillar (Marc Allen, You Tube), other) -GET IT ON 2-3x/WEEK -CONNECT 1x/WEEK w friends/family (in person or videochat), or meet new people (knitting group, church, just socializing)
