I failed today's noble silence in the following ways: 1. I spoke to the EE at the Soulspeak counter, beacause I needed to 2. I said hi to the Yoga teacher to be polite 3. I spoke to the Yoga teacher in the practice room to engage and nurture our relationship 4. I spoke to my morning Uber driver from 1Eleven to Coworkly, beacause I wanted to be friendly and allow him to drive in the most effective way to the office. |
