| Again told the kids off too loud yesterday. Lost patience with them for a trivial matter. Got to do better. | |

Told my kids off yesterday. I was aware of it as soon as it was coming out of my mouth so stopped quickly but yeah still out before I could control my time and voice. To myself I will say I am getting better at this and to keep trying, not give up! |

| Here I feel I did not raise my voice yesterday however will put it as a No because I told my daughter off for writing with a permanent marker on the dining table when my wife had already dealt with the issue. So my kid had been told off twice. | |
