The goal was to become lighter and I have become quite a bit lighter. Still 2 kgs off my desired weight but I will take this for now. The 40 hour fasting helped, as did two rounds of 108 Surya Namaskars and the kettlebell workout. The next week is about eating healthy and exercising properly in Goa. Let's make it happen. Let's aim to lose one kg over the next two days and kick ass beyond! |

Checked my weight just after waking up. I was at 71 last night and am at 69 now. Can't say there's been a ton of progress, especially as I haven't been able to go out for running for the last few days now. But eating is in control since I have been back. I am making gradual progress. And I expect to be 2 kgs lighter by this time next week. That's the goal. Let's make it happen with exercise and intermittent fasting. |
