Few words commits to:
Not communicating in any way with my therapist. This includes not sending any emails, š¦ messages. I will not share any photos, videos, or files.
Iām allowed to join scheduled zoom meetings for video therapy, and talk and meditate. No files, links, URLS, etc will be shared before, during or after the session. I will not send or reply to any electronic communication. All communication will be verbal. If required, a fax or mailed letter is allowed.
