Not sending ANY emails for 30 days, except to my health care team as needed.
————————————————————————————— The day before and the day of any health care appointments, I’m allowed to communicate with each health care professional. Few words to a still loving mind, keep it short. Aim for 7-10:30*am emails to therapist only. Based on weekly 9am appointments.
