Woke up at 5 but decided to keep sleeping since my body felt like it needed it. That was a good decision only. Finally got up at 8 AM. I need to be sleeping early to make this work better. That's all I am going to aim for. |

I woke up automatically at 5 AM which was a pleasant surprise. Could have stayed awake and continued with my day but decided it would be a better idea for my body to rest so went back to sleep till 8.30 AM. I think it was a good decision. I would ofocurse love to be awake from 5 AM onwards itself but I need to ensure I sleep at 9 PM for that. To making that happen today! |

HAHAHAHAHA. HA. HA. HA. Oh God I don't know what to say. I actually woke up at 5 AM. AND THEN I WENT AND RAN 25 KMS YAAAAAA!!! Ok but yeah. I woke up at 5 AM. Needed some phone motivation to get myself out of bed. That needs to be checked. Shouldn't ideally be on my phone first thing. But then everything else fell into place more or less. Water wasn't there so had to go and check downstairs and surprisingly the motor switch was off. Turned that on, did my chores, and then went for a run and made history. |

Woke up at 3.50 AM or so to pee and couldn't sleep out after that. Pulled myself out of bed at 4.35 AM. Completed all my morning chores. Couldn't be prouder. I will not be sleeping during the day for sure. It's time to sleep only at night and that too properly. Onwards to better and more! |
