Minimum requirements:
5 strength training (ST) sessions per week, 6 stretching sessions per week.

ST sessions must include at least 1 exercise (E) for:
-lifting leg,
-lifting toes,
-glutes,
-abs &/ back.

Some guidance for ST sessions...

-Aim to do 2-3 sessions weekly of Foot-Drop series;
-Aim to integrate some of the quad strengthening Es from MS Workouts, such as the heel slide (which also works the hamstrings);
-If all else 'fails', pull out your familiar E routine: glute bridge/clams, standing knee lifts, toe lifts, superwomans/abs lean backs.

Financial Stakes:

--for completed ST sessions, put 10$ in my Success Fund (up to 50$/week),
--for missed ST sessions, put 10$ in the very unfortunate Nurgle Fund (up to 50$/week),
--for stretching sessions, if I miss just one, 20$ goes to Nurgle.
