I've completed 8 weeks of re-hab at least 3x per week and sometimes more often. In addition, I was lifting 2x per week, where I did not do pre-hab on those days. In regards to progress of my shoudler: 8 weeks cuban press hurt to do, supraspinatus caused pain and I was afraid to do plyometrics/jumping. After 8 weeks, my shoulder feels much better it feels like it went from 2/10 to 1/10 in terms of pain. I still feel it but it's much better. In regards to my hip, I learned that it is triggered after I do full-speed running. However, I feel like my legs have gotten stronger and the pain is not as frequent as it used to be. High-knees trigger my hip as well. It's been a great 8 weeks. I'm planning to take a deload week and then get back at it again for another 8 weeks.
