Goal Description:
I will treat myself to one recharge day per week to visit friends/family. I have neglected them during round 1 of RYL because I was so focused. Now they need some lovin.

| Taking the day off is very beneficial, I drive myself crazy with things I "should" do. And not enough time just enjoying myself. I've been spending one day a week going on hikes alone and with limited technology. It's been nice. | |
