| Monday was a good day. I did 2 full rounds of 15 minutes each around the neighborhood at mid pace and then did around 20 minutes of walking and stairs walking up and down in the house. | |

| It was cold and raining must of the time, but I did a lot of house chores which was good and can be counted as exercise | |
