I realized I need to format commitments around actual goals “working on web development” is hardly a goal. “SNIP Working Prototype by June 1st” is a project. This will be my next commitment. |

I feel like I’m at an impass. I did the minimum amount of work yesterday, and was distracted the rest of the time.
#1: I feel like I don’t take what I thing, say, and do seriously enough.
#2: I feel like I don’t show up enough.
Another commitment is in order. Might have it around YouTube. Might have it around just one more habit. |

Finished the last of my job role research. Got distracted most of this morning, but ready to work for the rest of the day. |

Restrained myself to my task list, and had a productive day. Going to do the same thing today. Seems if I physically write down what I’m going to do (not on a phone) and don’t do anything more (work wise) outside of that till tomorrow, that seems super sustainable. |
