| This is a total fail. Instead of losing the less than 400g i had per week(which was a pretty decent goal) i had so many cravings of bulimia and eat so much that i gained more than 5kg in one week. Now my goal has changed. I give myself 3 weeks to comeback to my previous weight of 108.3kg. | |
