This is my third attempt at hitting my one year and beyond goal for no/fap. At the end of this I am aiming to make this a permanent lifestyle decision I have clearly noted the abstaining gives me more confidence and far more energy. My first commitment lasted for 2 months before I started falsely reporting, the second one only lasted two weeks, these where because I had multiple stikk commitments, that I forgot to report in for, this resulted in a mass drain on my finances, I will maintain fewer

| I have decided to discontinue using stikk, I think the benefit for me using this has past and I have set up more in-person accountability, thank you so much for sticking with me, you are a big reason for a lot of the improvement I have been experiencing! | |
