| I was bad with how I discipline jack/encouraging better behavior/ less tears and need to reflect on feeling of eating with kids. It can be harder to get out of my head and energize for a challenge. I feel like most of my feedback is what I’m doing wrong and how I’m failing and a long pattern of missing the mark. I’m working on seeing how I’ve failed, acknowledging it but not letting it be an excuse to give up/feel hopeless. I know today is a new day and opportunity to do good work with the kids | |
