| It’s really challenging to be able to get home on time if every step of the way through the course of the day is slow. I need to get into a mental state of pursuing goal directed activities. | |

| Unfortunately I’m not following any of the rules that are formulated. I need to be more consistent. Will start with one item that I want to perform consistently. Perhaps at this time it will be the 15 minute rule. | |

| Unfortunately I could not make a journal entry yesterday as the app would not allow me to login. Nonetheless I was not successful anyway. I’m going to work on my mornings to get a solid start so that I finish my afternoons and evenings on a good note. | |
