| Unfortunately, I was not able to come home on time even a single day this entire week. It is completely ridiculous how challenging it has been. I need to brainstorm this with a peaceful mindset. | |

| The self sabotaging behavior is becoming more and more apparent as hi focus more on the finer details of daily achievement. I need to continue to be mindful of this. | |

| I think I’m making great progress. However in order to break through to the 830 barrier I need to really be on top of my game from early on in the day. The other thing to be mindful of is the self defeating behavior that I start to display even when I’m in a great position. | |

| Unfortunately due to lack of adequate sleep my day routine has been extremely slow. I need to get better at returning home early so that I can go to bed early and catch up on my sleep deficit. | |
