Still having trouble consistently implementing the 15 minute rule. I completely forget as I walk into the room to set the timer. I need to take three deep breaths and set the timer before I enter each room. |

I had 16 patients with a couple of quite demanding ones. Iām quite happy with how I handled them. However I do notice that I have a lot of potential in terms of the 15 minute rule. I think an effort towards that is the lowest hanging fruit in front of me. Thank you Jaan. Appreciate your support. |
