| Keep forgetting to fill in my stickK report. No caffeine is the norm now so I tend to forget to fill in my commitment. So it’s still 100% successful | |

| No caffeine is the norm for me now. Rooibos and decaf are the way Togo at this stage. Must try and find a drink to socialize with instead of tea or coffee | |

| Fortunately I said no coffee for three months as I have just realized that my cocoa nibs are a source of caffeine. Still I only have a teaspoon with my fruit in the morning so I guess I can live with that | |

| All my caffeine related challenges are now part and parcel of my life. Not sure if I will revert back to it all after end of March. If I was a different personality type then I might be content to have an occasional Cuppachino or the like but not sure I could manage that | |
