| Even though I had to push myself, I would say I was speaking up more in classes this week, besides maybe one class. However, I pushed myself to talk about class material in a separate office hour and voiced my point of view on the topic then. Learning outcome was: That my view point is valid. | |

| I spoke up in most classes but didn't contribute as much. Part of it is that I also like to listen to others in order to build my own opinion. In our conversation about Commitment Devices for example, I felt pretty indifferent about it in the moment as I had to commit by myself since a young child. But after listening to others and having had one week to reflect, I would now have something to contribute. | |
