Activity down a wee bit on last week but still managed to get 5 days of some form of exercise.

Added run into the schedule last week on top of 4 strength training sessions and 1 long walk :)

This week I completed 5 strength training sessions plus 1 long walk on Sunday and burnt 3,257 cals through exercise this week. I was 600g lighter (0.6% less body fat) on my Thursday weigh in.

This week I completed 4 strength training sessions during the week, plus 1 long walk on Sunday, and am also incorporating 1min of skipping at the end of each work out. - Think I need to burn over 3,000 calories for weightless to occur - this week was 2,749 so weight should be flat when I weigh in on Thursday.
