Woke up feeling irritated, and almost went straight to coffee (decaf) and my computer, but I did the yoga and meditation routine and felt much better afterwards.

Yoga then meditation every morning. It does set the tone for the day.

Came very close to skipping the morning yoga today after not getting much sleep, but did it anyway, and feel so much better for it. That's the challenge for all the goals--keeping doing them even when not feeling like it.

I'm consistently doing about 20 minutes each day before meditating and journaling. Very happy to start the day this way.
