Each month of 2021 (barring injury) I commit to do:
12+ sessions where I do 30+mins of any combo of aerobic activities ie running, cycling, swimming, rowing, BLAZE / HIIT or such-like. 12+ sessions where I do 30+mins of strength-building activities. I'm also allowed one month off from all activity, of my choosing.
