Final Thoughts:

I got this done everyday and only took it easy on the sit ups/push ups on Sundays as a sort of partial rest day. This has been a goal that's increased my physical well being and I'm feeling a bit better overall. When I first started (a little before this challenge) I was only able to do about 15 sit ups and 5 push ups. Now I'm up to at least 25 push ups consistently and 60 sit ups. I've had days where I've gone even higher than those numbers!

Yoga has been great and it helps out with relieving some of the tension I used to regularly get. I also noticed my arms look and feel bigger than they were before. I think I'm a little thinner and have lost a little weight but I don't have a scale so I cant be sure. Still have a lot more work to do here, but I'm off to a good start.

Definitely glad I started this goal and I'm going to keep this as a daily habit for sure. I'm probably going to increase the difficulty of stretches pretty soon and add more exercises besides sit up and push ups as the year goes on.
