Final Thoughts:
This has been one of the most powerful habits I started at the beginning of the RYL Challenge and I'm so glad I made this into a daily goal! I had never meditated before this (at least not on purpose) and it's been a life-changing addition to my routine!
The feeling I get after finishing a session is hard to describe properly. It's like a vibrating light of energy is enveloping my entire being, instilling a strong sense of connection to everything and everyone around me. It's like a meditative high and is one of the most amazing feelings I've ever experienced. Several times after a session I get deeply in touch with my emotions and have been brought to tears a couple of times, not in a sad way, but in a way of understanding a beauty that I didn't know existed beforehand. The positive energy is always palpable when I come out of meditating.
I am so, so, so glad I was able to tap into this well of potent energy and this practice will stay with me daily for the rest of my life. |
