| I used to do a stream of consciousness writing and wrote lots of negative thoughts. I was letting any ol' thought free. I find something were I am directing my flow of thoughts get far more positive thoughts. | |

| BLV3 I do a speed writing type journal where you write as fast as you can without breaking your flow of consciousness. This boosts productivity and decision making! Really good for procrastinators like myself. Add that to the list and goal setting and your bound to make real improvement. I too use it as a sorts of self check-in and review of my past day or the list that is in front of me for the current day. | |
