| I was free all night at work. No call or patients. But I ruined it myself. I could have spent post call with the kids and Fizza but had to sleep because I was tired. | |

| Was feeling tired after a night shift after a week. Ended up x3 in <24 hrs. Need to be more careful when extremely tired. Don't look at phone just go to sleep | |

| I gave in. When I give in to one desire (cake and ice cream) my brain automatically wants more desires and then it's harder to resist. Even though I was extremely tired and has a 24 hr call after, I did it. Control the earlier desires to eat and this might be easier too. | |
