Wish: I want to be better prepared for stressful life situations with pre-trained positive responses and have more focus on my inner self.
Outcome: I get a habit of practicing meditation daily and have lower stress and anxiety. Obstacle: The best time for training mind is morning when my work/studying urgencies can overweight long-term wellness goals. Plan: Taking into account morning routine obstacles, I can allow myself skipping or performing session of 5 min- once per week (added to journal).
