LOVE this - but do it now - harder to make up for splurges every year. I refuse to not have fun food but I KNOW I will pay for it so it’s always a balance - just like money - if I spend too much there’s something else I can’t get. Love your priorities though - good luck! |

What doesn’t work and what does work. Let’s see ... having a Kit Kat in the ski clubhouse cafeteria doesn’t, having some of Scott’s French fries doesn’t (because he thinks I am already at my ideal weight he always is offering ) doesn’t work for me because I want to wear my spring skiing pants and all of my summer dresses that I want to easily fit into EASILY not just able to squeeze by, I want to be I33-135. anyway I digress, I know having beers and or wine and nachos apres ski doesn’t work ... even if I have earned it. But those things I actually don’t want to give up. And actually I won’t. Life is too short and the name of the game is enjoyment. I want more and more enjoyment BUT I can make it a balance, I can eat something healthy after skiing and snack on apres foods vs being a meal. I can eat more vegetables on ski weekends. And more vegetables throughout the week and less pasta. I’m going to run into this all summer on the boat where life is one big party so it’s a good time to get clear about my priorities and, not see anything as scarcity vs an abundance of choices. |

Ty but I hate it when your weight goes up for NO reason, which it did today. Lots of activity yesterday so maybe retained fluid. Lots of water today! Good luck this week! |

Joanne lowest weight of the year - well done, you’re doing brilliantly. |
