| 11/30 - Just an update on last week and progress. A little bit of cheating over the Holiday weekend but you showed tremendous discipline fasting all day Weds and staying on plan Weds night. You mitigated damages with lots of fasting and exercise and overall, stuck to the plan. Great job using fasting as a tool. Weighed in less than 201 last week and this morning, even after the holiday you were even lower at 200.0! Only a matter of time before we see a 1 in front of the number and goal acheived. Awesome job. | |

201.9 - great job! Down More than 5 lbs since 11/1 and hitting goals. If I'm looking at the 7 day average, it's coming off a little slow and I'm benefitting from a big initial jump. How can I accelerate? Cold therapy, more HIIT, less salt, more water, a big fast or two each week 24-30 hours? Great work overall, keep chipping away. |

Weight popped back up from ~203 the couple days before. Was it lag time on weekend/cheat day? Or lots of salt the day before keeping water retained? Good week! Good discipline! |
