Today I got up at five and went for a long walk. It is really starting to hit home about the power of my words which has created my current reality. Now it is time to speak into my future that I am fit and full of vitality. I remember when I did not want to receive a message from a very nice 👍 gentleman because he was so overweight. Now I look in the mirror 🪞 and I see a person that is aging and is 54 years old and is 47 pounds over weight. Now is the first day of the rest of my life. I ✍️ write. I read. I do arithmetic and I exercise EVERYDAY! |

Not going as well as I expected. Today however I am leaving the house and walking to the gym where I will get this body moving. Thanks for you encouraging support. |
