As far as possible:
- Work must start on time (09:00). - While working only listening to music is allowed (no listening to podcasts or having videos on in the background). - Infrequent short breaks (~5 mins e.g. for making coffee) are allowed. - Longer breaks are only allowed where absolutely necessary (e.g. watching Ollie or hanging out washing). - Lunch breaks must be an hour long only. - Work can't end early. Reward = 60p.
