EllieLesyk commits to:
Getting more healthy sleep that occurs from 10pm till 12am. The best outcome is me feeling energized and having more demanding tasks done starting from appr. 6AM next day. The biggest obstacle is social interaction (I allow myself to be out of the schedule once per week) at night and completing important tasks with deadline for the next day (if they can’t be postponed and are within my goals for this month then it’s possible to break the schedule).
