EllieLesyk commits to:
Getting more healthy sleep that occurs from 10pm till 12am. The best outcome is me feeling energized and having more demanding tasks done starting from appr. 6AM next day. The biggest obstacle is social interaction (I allow myself to be out of the schedule once per week) at night and completing important tasks with deadline for the next day (if they can’t be postponed and are within my goals for this month then it’s possible to break the schedule).

Though the period is over I’m still not sure that I’ll still to the habit. However, it was pretty effective

Even though I went to bed on time it was very difficult to fall asleep because of being overwhelmed with the current processes and using devices till the last minute before deciding to to go to bed
