| Today is day 5 of Muscle Building program with Hasfit. It's a 4 week program 6 days a week. Today was 20 minutes bodybuilding back. I'm working hard! Gotta build some muscle!! I don't want the wind to blow me over!! 😆 | |

| I did strength training today on my legs. Yesterday on my arms. I rode my bike yesterday and plan to today and walked the dogs both days. Burning off all the ice cream and cake ive eaten over the past couple days. I'm not going to eat until noon today. Getting back on track. | |
