again idk rushed / went through motions a bit. was ok though, some good moments. i think maybe willpower running out or something lol i guess the ltw tournament was a source of stress / sink of energy this week, and plus some other stuff, so ... yeah i guess this little mini weekend break is needed? trying to listen to my body more ... i guess be more present of how i'm feeling will power wise / yeah idk |

Everything a little quick / rushed ... a little ... because stressed / EXCITED !! about LTW ... but wow i'm really happy i still did this stuff before starting anything LTW related! Like I checked messages but I didn't jump onto call or like watch stream or like play before ... so pretty happy about that. 10min meditation, at some parts focused on the anxiety feeling but then ... realized i was excited etc. etc. ... yeah idk. Yeah idk basically hahaha but yeah and visualization, felt good / confident. Yeah. Felt like good / excited which I feel like I haven't in a while? I guess good excitement / energy / adrenaline? Lol. Life should be fun I think ... and that's how we can work together ... spread the joy and compassion and happiness and work on relieving everyone's suffering... :) |
