Did not weigh myself. Started a weight training routine for exercise, so my weight my increase from muscle mass. Not sure if fat loss will take affect.

Hly fck, too much weight loss and on top of it, it was mainly muscle loss sigh... Gonna continue weight loss, but now doing multiple sessions of weight training a week and increase protein intake.

Will report my monthly status next week. Kept on a 500 calorie deficit, though i think that might be too much if my limit is 1500 since a TDEE recommends around 1680 instead.

Have not measured myself yet. Going to wait until the end of the month to see how much "fat percentage" has gone down. If it is a significant amount then will continue, but if muscle is lost as well than gonna change my deficit with some weight training.
