In the evening: 1) Must open the planning sheet and write the goal on a sticky. 2) must define when it's done, and subtasks, 3) must spend 20s considering benefits/how I feel
In the morning: 1) shut off wifi within 10s (ideally do at night), 2) do the task for at least 30m 3) must plan the day after 2 sessions or when done (set a new habit)
