Eating no sugar nor flour with the exception of Dave’s Bread. I will continue intermittent fasting and then eat three meals. I will not snack between meals with the exception of eating the BLE oatmeal cookies before bed.

Challenging week to keep my lines Bright but I did it! No sugar and no flour! I am already feeling better. I lost 4 lbs this week. PTL!
