09/11: 11min + it works meditation was meh. mind wandering, pull was strong it works was ok / decent / felt p good |

09/10: 20min + it works felt pretty good today, both were pretty ok / decent / felt good (got good sleep after poor sleep two night's ago) |

09/08: 10min + it works meditation was p bad. Restless, just wanted to do it and get it over with, did the bare minimum. Although I guess I should be happy / grateful that my "bad" is now 10min a day haha ... yeah, some positive here. Had conscious moments of coming back to breath. Was ok it works kinda same just kinda idk a lot on my mind. strong emotions. And also i think tired / burnt out a *tiny bit* from yesterday (did a bunch of errand-type things, etc...) |
