FRI, AUG 28 2020 -Patience and kindness to myself and others -felt the self beyond the self alot easier than last time. Was able to listen and feel the ego alot easier this time than before. -Discover my habit of incessant thoughts of planning and analyzing my next task. -Picked back up without beating myself up, even tho I missed a day yesterday -Felt an annoying need/urge to hurry up. Being hasty. - Figure out a time stick to it. Such as immediately upon waking have headphone ready and before I do anything at all meditate. Ritualistically. |

WED, AUG 26 2020 -Being mentally and emotionally stronger than yesterday. And being present for those around me. - I didn't feel like meditating but I did. I caught myself thinking alot and just let it happen and pass without judgment - Had alot of thoughts. First half of the session was spent deep in planning and analyzing mode. - Do meditation as soon as I wake up, before the incessant thoughts start going. it will prime me for the rest of the day. |
